Ingredients
- Cafe black
- Sucre
- Creme pods
- Cardamom
Preparation
- Etape 1. Prepare a pot of coffee at a good European strength.
- Etape 2. In the ground coffee, Ajoutez 2 or 3 freshly ground cardamom pods.
- Etape 3. Sweeten while hot, puis cool quickly.
- Etape 4. servez in verre highball sur glace, with cream.
- Etape 5. To get the layered effect, place a spoon atop the coffee et pour the milk carefully into the spoon so that it floats on the top of the coffee.
