Recette Thai Coffee
Verre conseille : Verre highball.
Ingredients
- Cafe 6 c. a soupe ground
- Coriander 1/4 c. a cafe
- Cardamom 4-5 whole green
- Sucre
- Whipping cream
- Glace
Preparation
- Etape 1. Place the coffee et spices in the filter cone of your coffee maker.
- Etape 2. Brew coffee as usual, let it cool.
- Etape 3. In a tall verre, dissolve 1 or 2 teaspoons of sucre in an ounce of the coffee (it's easier to dissolve than if you put it right sur glace).
- Etape 4. Ajoutez 5-6 glacons et pour coffee to within about 1 inch of the top of the verre.
- Etape 5. Rest a spoon on top of the coffee et slowly pour whipping cream into the spoon.
- Etape 6. This will make the cream float on top of the coffee rather than dispersing into it right away.
