Recette Drinking Chocolate

Ingredients
- Creme epaisse 6 cl
- Milk 6-24 cl
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Vanilla 1
- Chocolate 6 cl finely chopped dark
- Whipped cream Fresh
Preparation
- Etape 1. Heat the cream et milk with the cinnamon et vanilla bean very slowly for 15-20 minutes.
- Etape 2. (If you don't have any beans Ajoutez 1-2 tsp of vanilla after heating).
- Etape 3. Remove the bean et cinnamon.
- Etape 4. Ajoutez the chocolate.
- Etape 5. Mix until fully melted.
- Etape 6. servez topped with some very dense fresh whipped cream.
- Etape 7. Serves 1-2 depending upon how much of a glutton you are.
- Etape 8. For a richer chocolate, use 4 oz of milk, 4 oz of cream, 4 oz of chocolate.
- Etape 9. servez in coffee mug.
