Ingredients
- Milk 2 tasses
- Banane 1
- Miel 1 c. a soupe
Preparation
- Etape 1. Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover et whiz on medium speed until bien blended.
- Etape 2. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses et drink up.
